Reception/Front of House
We are looking for volunteers to join our Front of House team at the hub of Bedwellty House in its newly built Atrium. You will welcome visitors to the site, answer questions and help ensure that they have an enjoyable experience. From time to time we may also ask you to assist with general housekeeping duties and to answer phones.

We already have many bookings for wedding ceremonies and receptions at Bedwellty House and Park and as a wedding volunteer,
you will be part of the team that makes sure that every couple has an unforgettable experience with us. You will make sure that guests know where they're going when they arrive, you will answer their questions and let us know if there is anything amiss.

You will work alongside our gardeners to keep this historic park in great shape. We welcome both gardening wizards and novices!
There are tasks to match your physical abilities; all you need is the will to work outside.
As an event steward you will be a key member of our event team. You will help us with setting up event areas and managing visitors, and clearing up the site when the event is over. This role includes some light physical activiy. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and still maintain a friendly, positive attitude. If you enjoy working as part of a tight team, then this role is right for you.
This role is ideal for anyone wishing to gain work experience in event management and tourism.
