Coronovirus (COVID-19) Information for Visitors

Current Welsh Government guidance is for everyone to limit the number of people they meet socially.  A maximum of 6 people from 2 households can meet outdoors (or in a private garden). 

Outdoor dining will be permitted from 26th April 2021.
 
 

Visits to Bedwellty Park

 

Our park is open daily from 8.30am – 8.30pm.  

 

We ask that all visitors follow social distancing guidelines while in the park and keep 2 metres from other visitors at all times. 



Orchid House Tea Room

 

We are currently offering a takeaway service for hot and cold drinks and confectionery from 10.30am – 3.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

From week commencing 26th April we will be open again for Outdoor Dining. Please note that we will not be able to book our Bedwellty Bubbles out until restrictions for indoor dining are eased.


Activities

All our weekly activities have been suspended until restrictions are eased further.

 

 

Weddings & Civil Ceremonies

We are currently able to take bookings for small socially distanced wedding ceremonies - but wedding receptions are not permitted at this time.  We can also arrange socially distanced appointments for people to come in and view Bedwellty House or chat with our team about wedding packages.

The Registrar’s office at Bedwellty House is currently open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30am - 4.30pm.  You can contact them directly on 01495 353374 or email them at registrars@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk
